So I’ve been hearing a lot about acai berry, and how it’s basically a “miracle” berry that promotes weight loss, provides nutrients and vitamins, and just generally helps you lead a healthy lifestyle. . I decided to get online and really decide for myself, because you hear so many different things about acai. I did a lot of research, and it turns out that the acai berry contains vitamin B, minerals, fiber, protein, oleic acid, omega 3 fatty acid, and most importantly, antioxidants. As a result, taking acai berry can help you ward off deadly diseases like heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease and cancer. One interesting fact about acai berry is that it’s found only in the Amazon–how cool is that!! Acai not only helps you lose weight, but it helps you keep off the weight by giving you great energy boosts, helping you to stay fit and healthy. I’m not sure about being a miracle, but with all the advantages that acai seems to possess, I don’t think it’s smart to not try it.
